Gail Webster

Gail Webster
Oshawa, Ontario

Gail Webster was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in 1994, although symptoms were present years earlier. Gail worked with Bell Canada and Northern Elevator in the engineering department. She is a mother of three and stayed home to raise her children for 14 years, three of which were spent living in Saudi Arabia.

Gail has volunteered in her community as a Brownie and Girl Guide leader and also started a guide pack in Saudi Arabia. Presently, she volunteers at the Oshawa Senior Center as a receptionist and adviser. Arthritis has deeply impacted her life and she feels she has a lot of valuable input to offer this research group based on her own experiences.
